Masters Week 2014

 Oh another wonderful time of year has come and gone!  One of my new favorite "holidays"...Masters Week!  It is amazing how quiet Augusta is until this week rolls around.  We stayed in town and soaked it all in.  Jeremy and I ran across some tickets to buy again this year and went for our annual "date".  Greer lucked up and got to see the coarse too.  He and Jeremy went to the first annual Drive, Chip, Putt Competition.  As you will see from the pictures, Greer has a lot to learn about gold etiquette.  Thank goodness it was a kid friendly tournament.  He thoroughly enjoyed himself.

And check out who is in the background of this picture of Arnold Palmer (that was on the Masters website).  We had the joy of sitting behind the famous 3...Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player.  We were so close we could hear their conversations!  Jack Nicklaus leaned over to Arnold Palmer and said, "You look tired, you need to sit down."  Then he fixed his hair for him.  I didn't know whether to cry or laugh.  So sweet!
