Around here lately...

Greer has been in a dish washing phase lately...I catch him washing dishes a lot.

Too bad they are covered in soap, or else i might have a reliable helper on my hands

Meeting Baby McCoy

Sweet Baby McCoy is here and finally home with his mommy and daddy.  We had the joy of meeting this precious miracle last weekend!  Greer has been praying for "Baby McCoy"for a weeks now.  It was so sweet for him to finally meet him and hold him for the first time.  It was so cute to watch Mary Harper acknowledge another baby too.  Such a sweet weekend filled with God's little miracles!

Jeremy's Birthday Cake....It was a homemade apple pie(Maw Maw's recipe).

This is one of Jeremy's favorite desserts.  Maw Maw gave us the recipe when we were dating.  

Luckily I still had it and mom and dad made it just for him!  

Daddy's Birthday

Jeremy's parents came up to celebrate his birthday this year.  His mom cooked deer his favorite way and I was able to learn how along the way.  She even picked up a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake on the way in town, because that's what he always had on his birthday as a kid.  We enjoyed a relaxing weekend together.  We made it to the Savannah River Rapids on Saturday while the weather was beautiful!

Greer loved being daddy's helper and even wearing his old football jersey from when he played in high school.  

Mi Mi and Greer made homemade bird feeders before they left.  Greer enjoyed looking outside every morning to see if the birds were enjoying their food!
