Christmas

Christmas was wonderful this year!  The magic of the season filled our home more than I could have imagined.  Greer was in complete belief of so many special things....The Baby Jesus, Santa Claus, The Elves.  I wasn't sure about introducing the elf, but gave in and decided to give it a try.  I am still learning to never say never.  I swore to myself I would never allow the crazy things into our home.  Well, luckily the elf helped a little, I did say a little bit with some impulsive behaviors around here. I also feel like Santa and his Elves give children a sense of belief and imagination.  Back to the reason for the season, Greer did think that every picture of a baby he saw was indeed.... The Baby Jesus.  He came home many days from school talking about Mary and Joseph and The Angel Gabriel.  It warmed my heart so much to hear him talking about our Savior and somewhat beginning to understand why we celebrate this wonderful time of year!
